We’ve made this Fennel & Charcoal body soap to add to our popular range of 100% natural soaps, like all our soaps it's also vegan friendly and cruelty free.
The bar has activated charcoal which, is not only a gentle exfoliator, but is a cult favourite ingredient in the beauty industry known for its antibacterial properties. Sweet Fennel essential oil is famed for it's anti-inflammatory compounds so together these ingredients combine to create a pretty fab soap.
Some of the other ingredients in this bar are olive oil, coconut oil, shea butter, castor oil and sunflower oil. There’s no artificial colourants or scents in this soap which makes it 100% natural. We've created a balanced bar that will cleanse and nourish without drying your skin.
You will receive one of our bars (110g minimum). All our soaps are wrapped in compostable cellophane but you will have the choice of wrapped or unwrapped (naked) when ordering.
The method we use for soap making means that bars are suitable for use after a couple of days but they still contain water which evaporates through time so we like to cure our soaps for a minimum of 5 weeks to create a harder, longer lasting bar. Keep your soap out of water when not in use to prolong its life, a soap dish or wire rack in your shower is ideal. The bars are big enough that you can cut them in half, keeping some dry for later meaning they will last even longer!
Our products are produced in a nutty environment so please bear this in mind for any nut allergies.
As our soaps are made in small batches slight variations from the photographs may occur.

As well as being passionate about what goes into my products I'm passionate about what goes around them (and one of the reasons I make bar soap is because I want to minimise single use plastic). You eat with your eyes right? So I had a long think about packaging, I want you to see the products when they're on display but didn't want to use plastics so I decided to use a fully home compostable cellophane for the body soaps. Composting is king! Recycling takes up energy but these wrappers can be composted at home in a well managed compost heap and can even go in council food bins.
Here’s a link to find out more about the wrappers.
When I'm mailing out your orders I want them to arrive in the same condition as they left and I use packaging that’s either reused, made from recycled materials or is recyclable.
Because of the work I’ve done on eliminating single use plastic Superfly Soap has been awarded Plastic Free Champion status from Surfers Against Sewage but the work continues and I'm constantly looking at ways I can reduce the use of SUP's in the production side of the business.
