Ingredients

Kaolin Clay

Kaolin clay is a natural detoxifier and exfoliator, gently removing dirt, pollution and bacteria from even the most sensitive of skin. It gently sloughs away dead skin and absorbs impurities without having a drying effect. Due to its mildness, it can be used on all skin types.

Red Clay

Red Clay (Illite clay) is a mineral clay valued for its highly absorbent properties. It stimulates microcirculation in the blood vessels to wake up the skin. Similar to Kaolin Clay, it is a smooth clay with light exfoliation properties which aid in removing dead cells and dirt. In a cleanser, Red Clay is suitable for all skin types.

Rosehip Powder

A hero ingredient which has a long history in herbal medicine and has one of the highest natural concentrations of Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) along with natural tretinoin (the acid form of Vitamin A), which promotes skin regeneration and collagen and elastin levels. Rosehips also contain a high level of fatty acids and Vitamin E, further promoting healthy skin.

Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate

A naturally derived ingredient, Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate is the foaming aspect to this cleanser necessary to pull oil and grease from the skin (rather than just move it around). It produces a rich and velvety lather that does not dehydrate the skin, in fact, it's gentle enough for even super-sensitive skin.

Apricot Kernel Oil

Apricot Kernel Oil is uniquely high in vitamins A, C and E, delivering long-lasting nourishment and suppleness.  Apricot Oil is light and easily absorbed because it resembles the skin's naturally produced oil sebum. It helps to improve skin tone, maintain softness and radiance of the skin.

Patchouli Essential Oil

An earthy fragrance that is skin-calming and mood-calming and has a reputation of being a peace-inducing oil. It has anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory properties which help regenerate skin cells.  Patchouli essential oil is particularly beneficial for mature and damaged skin.

Consult a healthcare expert before using essential oils during pregnancy.

Kaolin (white clay), Illite (red clay), Rosa canina (rosehip powder), Sodium cocoyl isethionate, Prunus Armeniaca (apricot kernel oil), Pogostemon cablin (patchouli essential oil)
